Accelerated rTMS
A Breakthrough in Depression Treatment

Feel better in just 5 days. Backed by science.
At Best Brains and Minds, we deliver Accelerated Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) using the cutting-edge SAINT protocol* — an intensive, fast-acting treatment for individuals suffering from treatment-resistant depression.
Why choose Accelerated rTMS?
- 5-day intensive protocol
- 85.7% experience significant improvement
- 78.6% achieve full remission
- Safe, non-invasive & well-tolerated
*Based on a double-blind randomized controlled trial of Stanford Neuromodulation Therapy (SAINT) — see Cole et al., Am J Psychiatry 2022; 179:132–141.
What Is Accelerated rTMS?
Accelerated rTMS is a scientifically optimized version of brain stimulation. Over just 5 days, patients receive:
- 10 short sessions daily
- 50 total sessions
- 9 minutes of stimulation with 50-minute rest intervals
This protocol uses the same stimulation design as the SAINT protocol, except for fMRI-based targeting.
How Does It Compare?
Traditional rTMS:
- Duration: 5–6 weeks
- Sessions: 35
- Improvement Rate: ~60%
- Remission Rate: ~40%
Accelerated rTMS (SAINT-based):
- Duration: 5 days
- Sessions: 50
- Improvement Rate: 85.7%
- Remission Rate: 78.6%

What Results Can I Expect?
Our clinic’s initial patients have shown 100% improvement within 5 days, echoing findings from Stanford’s clinical trial. Many felt relief within the first 24 hours.
What’s the Cost?
If you’re eligible under Medicare:
- First 35 sessions: Covered
- Remaining 15 sessions: $50 each
- Total out-of-pocket: $750
Without Medicare:
- Full course cost: $6,175
Am I Eligible?
You may qualify if you:
- Are over 18
